  • Forgive others for what they have done to you in the past (you need peace and by staying angry with them, you are only hurting yourself and polluting your inner space).
  • Forgive yourself for your mistakes and make sure you have learned from them.
  • Create the future you'd love to live (instead of worrying about events which have not yet happened). Put all your energy into your dreams and your goals so you can have a happy and fulfilled life.
