Goodbye 2013

As the end of the year draws closer, it is time to look back on 2013, be grateful for our achievements, reflect on what we have not yet achieved - remember there are no failures, only feedback - and what we need to change in the New Year in order to create more of what we love.

Goodbye 2013B

It has been a great year for Your Catalyst. I am doing a job I love, the way I love, and I am enabling my clients to create their dream life, happiness, balance, and success.

I am thankful to all of you who are supporting me by spreading the word, liking Your Catalyst on Facebook or following me on Twitter.

I am grateful for all the new clients I met this year and the amazing relationships that followed.

I received this moving message from one of my clients after an e-mail I sent last week with my Winter Solstice blog.

“Dear Dany,

Thank you for these fantastic thoughts. They are a blessing which will carry us through the on coming season.

Thank you, also for all your hard work enabling us to see and achieve the very best of our inner selves and make our dreams manifest. You are the catalyst indeed and your work changes lives.

Here is to the new year being as happy and prosperous as the last for all our families and loved ones.

Love.

Danny” [Danny Sapani – Actor]

Reading messages like the one above really warms my heart. Doing this work is so rewarding.

I have achieved a lot of my goals this year and some I have not... yet! I am not giving up on those dreams. If anything, it has taught me once again to be mindful of what I focus on: “Don't dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer.” ~ Denis Waitley

One thing is sure: I have learned a lot about myself, about others, and about the world (and beyond). I have been and still will continue to follow the path of self-discovery, knowledge of the human’s minds, and intuitive coaching, as it is teaching me so much and giving me additional tools to help others.

Now it is your turn to review 2013,  to reflect on the highs and lows of the year, to let go of old patterns and behaviours which no longer serve you. It is time to celebrate every little win, every achievement on your way to your dream life. Ask yourself these simple questions:

-          What are you really proud of achieving this year?

-          What could have been better?

-          Which challenge has taught you the most about yourself and others?

Never regret. If it is good, it is wonderful. If it is bad, it is experience!

Drop me a line if you would love to learn easy techniques which would enable you to create your dream life.

Wishing you positive outcomes for the last few days of 2013.

Love and happiness,

Dany x

Happy Winter Solstice :)

The Winter Solstice, also known as Yule, marks the moment the sun shines at its most southern point and the official time of the Winter season. It is the longest night and the shortest day of the year, immediately followed by the start of the increase in the hours of daylight until the Summer Solstice.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERASome people feel they experience dark moods and it might be linked to the darkness in the sky, the limited amount of sun and light we get during the autumn and winter months. Hope is on its way: The Winter Solstice represents the rebirth of the sun and time to celebrate the coming of light.

It is time to assess the past year. Let go of what you no longer need to worry about, and think of where you would love to be, and what you would love to achieve. It is time to prepare the ground for planting the seeds which will blossom in the Spring.

Focus on bringing light and warmth into the darkness and cold of Winter. The Yule season is full of magic and hope, it is about renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings. Start to change your life for the better, set new goals, have fun with your loved ones, and find inner peace.

Warm wishes always,

Dany
